There is a new free Computer Graphics software been made from scratch for 2D drawing, composing, authoring, filtering, retouching, photo transforming, text effects, etc.

The ideia is offer nice results with few effort from user. This way, it should be very nice for non-professional designers too.

There is no release yet, but the perspectives are very promising.
