Whether you are a small business owner or you’ve wanted to start your own website for a while now, it costs money to keep things running. Looking at the big picture, hosting is just a pice of the pie, but it can certainly be a big one if you make it count. I’ve tried several webhosting companies over the years. Some were okay, and some have been horrible. I’ve never really been satisfied with a webhost 100%. They’ve always lacked something, whether it was poor customer service, poor hosting service, slow servers, or all of the above. That was true, until around 10 months ago, when I switched to Bluehost. Bluehost is the hosting company that I use for all of my websites. That’s right, all of my eggs are in one basket and not a shell is broken. When I need support, I can call them, and they are kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. They aren’t robots, and they actually care about getting your site just how you want it, or diagnosing and fixing problems quickly. Another thing is, I have rarely, and I stress rarely had any hiccups with their hosting. Let’s face it, hosting servers go down sometimes, it’s inevitable, but if they do, Bluehost is all over it like a swarm of angry bees, they get on it, fix it, and get everything back up and running again, smoothly and securely.
