It has plenty poker machines and a bar, and the air is pretty cool comparing to the outside temperatures often above 100 F. That is because the place is literally in the desert, where the town was founded over 100 years ago when the miners discovered opal.
The casino built on a puddle
The Rivers Casino in Des Plaines, Illinois, was build on a puddle in 2011. The reason was to get around the state gambling laws, which allow riverboat casinos.

This is a concept from the French firms AirJet Designs and Designescence, which produced designs that can be installed on airliners and private jets.
For example, the Casino Jet Lounge features casino games tables, a bar, and also a space for the passengers to move around.
The casino in the taxi
Another moving casino is the smallest in the world: The Grosvenor Traveling Casino, which is based in a taxi car. The vehicle based in Birmingham, UK, has a gaming table, a croupier, TVs screening sporting events, and a bar.
