Knowing that this experience could provide serious value to their lives, the couple maintained positive attitudes throughout the entire process. They explained to BBC that in conditions like this, you must just keep on going, no matter how hard it gets, “One year we lost a whole potato crop because of rabbits…But luckily we’d diversified with other activities, so we just got on with it and eventually, the hard time passes.
