Taughannock Falls is located in Ulysses, New York State. These impressive waterfalls are part of the popular Finger Lakes Region of central New York. The falls drop water over a height of 215 feet (66 meters.) These falls are easily one of the highest waterfalls found east of the Rocky Mountains in the United States.
The waterfalls are part of Taughannock State Park which is found situated between the Village of Trumansburg and the city of Ithaca.
