To do this means they have to twist the truth just a little bit. However, with so many followers, there is bound to be one person to call them out on their lies. These people were totally caught lying on the Internet.

We do give this guy props for working his way to getting a good time on a 5K, but he is totally lying about it. If this is true, then he just broke the world record time.
